Almarai Company, established in 1977, operates as the world's largest vertically integrated dairy company and a leading food and beverage manufacturer and distributor across the MENA region. We are seeking a SAP IBP Functional Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for a professional with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in SAP planning solutions.

Role Purpose and Scope

The SAP IBP Functional Analyst serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for the company’s strategic planning ecosystem, encompassing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This position is responsible for the end-to-end configuration, ongoing maintenance, optimization, and governance of these critical systems. The role requires deep functional knowledge, strong technical integration skills, and the capability to drive continuous business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new planning processes, such as Demand Planning and Response Planning, within SAP IBP modules including Demand, S&OP, Inventory, and Supply.
• Configure complex IBP elements, including advanced planning operators (Heuristics, Optimizers), planning level calculations, key figure derivations, and custom attributes.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end data integration landscape using CPI-DS or Real-Time Integration (RTI) to ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to performance SLAs.
• Proactively monitor and tune system performance, addressing issues related to planning runtimes, data loads, and Excel Add-In stability.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 expert support for complex system issues.
• Train junior team members and end-users on advanced system functionality and best practices.
• Manage testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for all new releases and system patches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related major.
• Proven expertise in at least two SAP IBP modules (*, IBP for Demand and IBP for S&OP/Supply).
• Demonstrated experience working with CPI-DS, IBP Real-Time Integration, or CIF (Core Interface) technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in SAP IBP.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA integration points, including Master Data Management and MRP/PP-DS concepts.
• Familiarity with SAC, Signavio, or other business process management (BPM) tools.
