Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and effectively preparing reports and correspondence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing appointments and meetings and the manager's agenda.
  • Preparing and drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Receiving phone calls and emails and responding professionally.
  • Organizing and archiving files and documents systematically.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external parties.
  • Managing daily administrative tasks and providing logistical support when needed.
