  • Assist in planning, managing, and controlling budgets for exhibition operations and logistics.
  • Develop innovative and cost-efficient operational solutions.
  • Monitor and control expenditures within business plan limits.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality services.
  • Follow and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Seek continuous self-development and, if applicable, support subordinate development.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Management Operations, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel (financial & analytical reports).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in exhibitions or operations support is an advantage.
