Full-time Providing administrative and organizational support to management, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities through efficient and professional management of correspondence, appointments, and files. Organizing and managing appointments and meetings and scheduling tasks.
Receiving phone calls, answering inquiries, and directing them to the relevant parties.
Preparing and writing official correspondence (letters - emails - meeting minutes).
Saving and organizing paper and electronic files and easy access to them.
Welcoming visitors and organizing the communication process with management.
Following up on incoming and outgoing mail.
Coordinating travel and reservations (when needed).
Supporting various departments in administrative tasks as directed.
Maintaining the confidentiality of information and documents.
