In this vital role, you will serve as the primary contact for internal and external procurement stakeholders, ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day tender monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver up-to-date certification and management information to relevant government bodies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and procurement contacts for bid submissions.
- Manage priority tender monitoring activities and resolve any related issues.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Share pertinent tenders with Accenture Sales and Client Account Leads.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Administer service delivery metrics and report to leadership.
- Guide and coach team members on best practices.
- Facilitate team meetings for alignment and knowledge sharing.
Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management experience is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Flexibility in work hours to meet business needs.
