About the Role:
As a Senior Parts Service & Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing parts sales through direct customer engagement to increase our market share in Machinery Rental Alternatives (EJAR).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional long-term relationships with customers.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer projects and offices to generate additional business.
  • Identify new prospects to increase market share and promote value-added services.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge in the Parts and Service field.
  • Perform equipment inspections and provide cost-effective solutions for customer maintenance issues.
  • Efficiently manage the assigned territory and identify potential for additional sales.
  • Prepare and present training materials and participate in shows and seminars.

Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience: 5 years in sales, preferably in light equipment or with JLG.
  • Technical Skills: Strong product knowledge and proficiency in office software.
  • Language Proficiency: Written & spoken English and Arabic.
