Senior Manager Cyber Security

About the Role

Ultimate Peaks is seeking a Senior Manager, Cyber Security to lead its cyber security function. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and focuses on strengthening organizational resilience and protecting critical systems, information, and digital assets. The position combines strategic leadership with operational oversight, requiring close collaboration with technology teams, business leaders, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the cyber security strategy and roadmap for the organization.
• Oversee security operations, including threat monitoring, incident response, and recovery readiness.
• Lead cyber risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security improvement programs.
• Maintain security policies, standards, and controls aligned with business needs and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Embed security into technology projects, cloud environments, and third-party engagements.
• Report cyber risks, incidents, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop the cyber security team and promote security awareness across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of substantial experience in cyber security, including leadership responsibility within a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, cyber risk management, governance, incident response, and cloud security principles.
• Demonstrated experience in applying recognized security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Ability to translate complex technical risks into clear business priorities for various stakeholders.
• A relevant degree is required; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
