Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on implementing the showroom sales plan and achieving assigned sales targets, while ensuring a high standard of customer service and efficient showroom operations.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to execute the showroom sales plan effectively to meet and exceed sales targets. The representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, overseeing showroom activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide high-standard service, and address their needs.
• Manage product handovers and offer pre-sales and after-sales support.
• Supervise showroom operations and inventory, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Guide customers through product introductions, requirement identification, color coordination, and product selection.
• Process orders, invoicing, and product deliveries accurately.
• Coordinate showroom personnel activities for efficient operations.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Ensure availability of marketing materials such as brochures and catalogs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and implement management objectives and KPIs.
• Process online orders and update the e-commerce platform to reflect product and inventory levels.
• Ensure adequate stock availability, particularly for fast-moving items, and apply stock replenishment procedures.
• Comply with the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle to manage inventory.
• Report missing or unavailable products and any damage or malfunctions within the showroom.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconcile balances, and report discrepancies.
• Complete daily closing processes accurately, including handling customer advance payments.
• Execute marketing programs and initiatives, including product campaigns and field visits.
• Ensure showroom employees comply with uniform and dress code requirements.
• Promote and sell all company product ranges to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure the availability and proper condition of safety equipment and report non-compliance.
• Implement and comply with the company's Ashanak program terms and conditions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and established guidelines.
• Perform duties using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment and Compliance

The role requires active participation in maintaining a professional and compliant showroom environment. This includes ensuring all safety equipment is in proper condition, such as valid Civil Defense and municipal licenses, functional fire extinguishers, and roadworthy company vehicles with valid documentation. Adherence to all company policies, including stock management and financial closing procedures, is essential.
