Role Overview

Almosafer is seeking a Specialist - Product Designer to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on the Digital Consumer Travel experience, contributing to the future of how customers book and manage various travel products, including flights, stays, and activities. The Product Designer will work within a cross-functional team to transform problems and opportunities into impactful experiences, requiring a strong understanding of customer needs, business objectives, market trends, and system knowledge. The position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to define opportunities and problem statements that guide the team's work.
• Lead and support discovery activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover customer needs and validate opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other designers to address customer problems and deliver solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Consider business needs, technical constraints, data, and platform requirements to produce valuable solutions.
• Translate opportunities into intuitive and effective experiences that provide customer and business value.
• Rapidly produce concepts and prototypes, assessing when further ideation, testing, or changes in direction are necessary.
• Conduct experiments to validate assumptions and optimize solutions.
