Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for providing strategic planning services specifically for the company's Engineering Services division.

Role Overview

The Strategic Planning Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives within Engineering Services. This involves evaluating operational effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and driving internal projects to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide organizational strategic planning services tailored for Engineering Services.
• Conduct reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and evaluate operational effectiveness within Engineering Services.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives focused on business improvement under Engineering Services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of experience in strategic planning and business improvement across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant project management software.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
