Sustainability Lead

About the Role

AREEB is seeking a Sustainability Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with substantial experience in engineering leadership and project management, focusing on ensuring project goals, quality, and compliance are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate engineering teams to achieve project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures to address deviations, risks, or delays.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
• Manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project performance, risks, and key milestones.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering professional development and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in engineering and project leadership. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing on-site supervision as needed.
