About the Role

alfanar is seeking a Team Lead, Data & Analytics Services to lead the delivery and execution of enterprise data and analytics solutions. Based in Riyadh, this full-time position involves overseeing BI, analytics, and data infrastructure teams to deliver accurate, integrated insights and align data initiatives with business goals. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Strategic Leadership and Data Management

This role involves defining and driving the overall data and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and objectives. The Team Lead will guide the development and execution of enterprise-wide data initiatives, fostering integration across all data functions.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the data & analytics function and business stakeholders, ensuring data initiatives align with business priorities. This includes translating complex data concepts for executive decision-making and driving technological advancement.

Experience Requirements
