Job Purpose
This position exists to provide hardware and software technical support efficiently, in a timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
- Technical Support: Provide enterprise technical support in a professional manner by diagnosing and fixing issues, performing installations, configuring systems and providing support for end users on both Windows and Mac OS.
- SLA Adherence: Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements for all operational processes, coordinating with product support teams to maintain system stability.
- Software Compliance: Ensure all used software sites are legalized and compliant with IT policies.
- Knowledge Management: Create and maintain knowledge articles for future reference and support fellow team members.
- Documentation: Document ticket summaries and provide management updates on your progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Competencies in Data Security, Help Desk Technologies, and Technical Tools
