Job role A Pret:

·      To support my GM in putting in place a robust Family Tree

and Plan Bs for each role to ensure business needs are met.


·      To support in-house training, legal compliance training and

graduations by ensuring that they are carried out following

the agreed standards and guidelines and at the right time.


·      This includes completing Journals and reviews accordingly.


·      To ensure the team consistently delivers delicious food by

following the 6 Key Points of Production.


·      To ensure the shop is clean, safe and the equipment well

always maintained.


·      To drive sales and profit through the Big 4 (Forecasting,

Rota, Ordering & Production).


·      To contribute to labor efficiency considering customers,

team and business needs.


·      To analyses stock take results, taking control of any issues

by following the 7 Steps of Unaccounted.

 

 

Working Hours:

·      6 days a week, 8 working hours.

Requirements:

·      English language.

·      5 to 10 years’ experience in F&B, Floor and Kitchen.
