Job Objective:
Receiving payments from customers accurately and quickly, issuing invoices, and providing outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers politely and friendly.
2. Enter purchase details and issue invoices accurately.
3. Receive payments either in cash or through electronic payment methods.
4. Ensure that the amounts received match the invoice value.
5. Keep daily records of sales and transactions.
6. Deliver the cash fund at the end of the shift to the direct supervisor.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
8. Maintain cleanliness and order in the accounting area
