Job Title: E-commerce Specialist
Overall Job Objective:
Manage and develop sales operations through e-commerce platforms to achieve sales targets, and enhance customer experience by improving the performance of digital platforms and monitoring online marketing and sales operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management of Electronic Platforms:
- Supervise the company's online stores and ensure their performance is optimized.
- Update products and information (prices, descriptions, images) on the platforms periodically.
- Data and Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze e-sales performance and report results.
- Study customer behavior on electronic platforms and provide recommendations to improve the experience.
- Digital Marketing and Promotion:
- Implement targeted marketing campaigns to boost online sales, such as offers and discounts.
- Improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertisements to increase traffic to the online store.
- Operations Management:
- Follow up on order processes and ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely shipping of products.
- Improving Customer Experience:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to e-commerce and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure the store interface is user-friendly and supports a superior user experience.
- Dealing with External Trade Platforms:
- Supervise sales through external platforms like Amazon, Noon, and others.
- Coordinate with platform partners to ensure optimal product visibility and increased sales.
- Research and Development:
- Follow the latest trends in e-commerce and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Research new technologies and tools to enhance the performance of the online store.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or others).
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, SEM, social media advertising).
- Analytical skills to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience (13 years) in managing e-commerce platforms or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of retail sales processes and supply chain management is an additional advantage.
