Job Description

A ticketing employee is required to work in a travel and tourism agency inside Saudi Arabia.

Tasks:
- Experience in issuing flight tickets.
- Follow up on amendments and refunds with airlines.
- Find the best solutions for customers.
- Experience of no less than one year in GDS systems Amadeus.
- Knowledge of low-cost airlines LCC and their booking platforms.

- Proficient in Arabic at a good level.

Requirements:
- Valid work residence.
- Available for transfer of sponsorship.
