About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Heritage Guide to join its team in Riyadh and Shaqra'. This full-time role involves providing visitors with a distinctive cultural and heritage experience by introducing them to the history and heritage components of the site. The Heritage Guide will conduct guided tours in a professional and engaging manner.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and ensure they have a distinctive experience.
• Introduce visitors to the history of the site and the heritage area, including its components.
• Organize and manage guided tours according to approved programs.
• Answer visitor inquiries and provide information clearly and professionally.
• Manage visitor movement and ensure adherence to safety instructions.
• Participate in heritage and cultural events and activities.
• Interact with visitors professionally and courteously, and report observations to the center supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Good knowledge of the history of the site or the heritage area.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize tours and manage time effectively.
• Tact and good interaction with diverse visitor groups.
• Commitment to safety standards and approved instructions.
• Proficiency in English or an additional language is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the center positively.
