Responsibilities:
  • Organize appointments, prepare memos, conduct correspondence, attend meetings, and draft minutes.
  • Manage the schedules of the director or president and provide reminders.
  • Handle inquiries and deliver mail and communications to the director or president.
  • Prepare periodic memos related to internal organizational units and conduct regular correspondence with external entities.
  • Attend meetings, record meeting minutes, and finalize them.
  • Keep documents and files related to the director or president's duties organized.
  • Prepare, document, and file work reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma from an administrative institute.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
