Responsibilities
As the Head Baker, you will supervise daily baking operations, ensuring the production of top-quality baked goods. Your tasks will include:
  • Developing, refining, and testing new recipes.
  • Leading, training, and mentoring bakers and pastry chefs.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing timely orders.
  • Enforcing food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient bakery workspace.
  • Collaborating with management on seasonal menus and events.
  • Gathering and responding to customer feedback.
  • Overseeing cost control measures for ingredient use.
  • Staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Experience as a Head Baker or in a similar leadership role.
