What You Will Do:
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
- Lead, train, and mentor the culinary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste across all dining outlets.
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team on menu development and guest satisfaction initiatives.
- Support staff scheduling and manage kitchen workflow to optimize productivity.
- Stay up to date with culinary trends and integrate innovative techniques into menu offerings.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or any other related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role within luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and inspire a team.
- Expertise in diverse cuisines, modern cooking techniques, and menu innovation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, control food costs, and optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
