We are looking for a qualified Supervisor to lead our facilities management team in the Tabuk Region. This role is integral to ensuring high-standard services and operational excellence across our sites.

Job Purpose:
  • Supervise and lead a small unit of the team for Hard FM scope.
  • Manage facility maintenance in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee the operation of physical infrastructure and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet operational standards by contributing to strategic maintenance plans.
  • Review staff work and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain financial standards by monitoring budgets and expenditures.
  • Coordinate training and shift schedules for maintenance staff.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:
  • Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical.
  • 5+ years of experience in TFM, including 3+ years overseas.
  • In-depth knowledge of hard services, including HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software.
