SAUR, a key player in water and essential services, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our efforts in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role:
Your primary responsibility will involve organizing and managing all Customer Services activities across our Madinah and Tabuk branches. You will report functionally to the Customer Services Director while cooperating closely with O&M directors and their teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient implementation of customer service processes and maintain international standards.
  • Enhance working interfaces with other departments in the Cluster team, particularly with the O&M division.
  • Support HR and Customer Services Directors in preparing training and development programs for customer service staff.
  • Review and update customer data and records in digital form.
  • Strategize demand management to raise customer water awareness.
  • Implement improved connection procedures and revenue metering strategies.

Requirements:
  • 15 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the water sector.
  • Fluent in English.
