RoleThe Cluster Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations, construction, and development activities within a designated cluster at the Trojena development in NEOM. This role ensures the timely and efficient execution of projects, aligning with Trojena's world-class standards for sustainability, innovation, and excellence.
Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of professionals and workers across multiple projects within the designated cluster.
- Coordinate with the Cluster Manager to ensure all objectives, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of team members, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Ensure that all construction and development activities are executed according to the design plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Address any technical or logistical challenges on-site, facilitating solutions and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cluster, ensuring resources, materials, and equipment are properly allocated.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring all activities follow safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety measures are being followed and mitigate potential risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding cluster-related activities.
- Coordinate with various teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other supervisors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Report progress, challenges, and key developments to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction and operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, ensuring proper documentation for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Actively support the sustainability initiatives of Trojena, ensuring that all operations and projects adhere to NEOM's vision for smart and sustainable development.
- Look for opportunities to innovate, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices in construction and development.
Required Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within large-scale construction or development projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management practices.
- Experience working in high-profile, international, or innovative development projects is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and the latest trends in smart city technologies is a plus.
