Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Guest Service operations to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor Guest satisfaction and trends for continuous improvement.
  • Recognize regular and VIP Guests, promoting the hotel's loyalty scheme.
  • Maximize room occupancy and utilize up-selling techniques effectively.
  • Set departmental objectives, schedules, budgets, and policies.
  • Train and develop Front Office Team Members.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health safety legislation.
  • Manage staff performance issues in line with company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel, leisure, or retail sector.
  • High level of IT proficiency and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management is advantageous.
