Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records following internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer employee services including Qiwa management and health insurance coordination.
  • Manage employment lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and compliant practices.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor law, supporting audits and preparing reports.
  • Facilitate offboarding processes for departing employees.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor employee attendance and report relevant statistical data.
  • Collaborate with Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 47 years’ experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
