Role Overview:
You will be responsible for developing balanced menus, advising on dietary modifications, and promoting healthy eating practices. Your expertise in nutrition and food science will be crucial in delivering high-quality meals to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning & Nutritional Analysis: Develop balanced meal plans considering dietary requirements and food preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Dietary Consulting & Client Support: Provide nutritional advice to clients, helping them achieve health goals through balanced meals and develop special diet plans.
  • Food Safety & Quality Assurance: Ensure meals are prepared according to food safety standards and monitor food quality.
  • Health & Wellness Initiatives: Promote nutrition awareness through educational initiatives and workshops.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with chefs and food service managers to align meals with nutritional standards and provide reports on dietary outcomes.
  • Inventory & Resource Management: Ensure ingredients meet nutritional standards and assist with inventory management to stock healthy ingredients.

Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
