About Red Sea Global and the Role

Red Sea Global (RSG) is seeking a Reception & Retail Specialist to join its subsidiary, Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE), in Tabuk, specifically in Umluj or Tabuk cities. RSSE is responsible for designing and delivering land and marine experiences at The Red Sea destination, managing a portfolio of sports, adventure, and leisure offerings. This full-time, site-based role is critical for delivering an exceptional first impression and seamless guest experience at the Center, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors.

Role Purpose and Context

The Reception & Retail Specialist shapes the overall guest journey through professional engagement, efficient administration, and high-quality retail operations. The role combines front-of-house guest interaction with back-of-house administrative and retail responsibilities. It operates within a luxury destination environment, requiring high standards of service delivery and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak seasons. The specialist supports the Center Manager in daily operations and overall performance, contributing to commercial objectives while ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-presented reception and retail environment.
  • Conduct all sales transactions professionally, accurately, and with a customer focus.
  • Manage inventory planning, including pre-opening stock preparation and long-term retail forecasting.
  • Oversee purchasing budgets and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Support operations across multiple sites, including remote work and on-site visits as required.
  • Collaborate in the setup and operational readiness of the Center during the pre-opening phase.
  • Ensure all activities and services meet professional and operational standards post-opening.
  • Manage daily retail operations in line with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records of transactions and inventory.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, increase sales, and improve profitability.
  • Ensure effective merchandising of products to optimize visual appeal and revenue.
  • Address guest inquiries, manage bookings, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Support activity registrations, equipment rentals, and coordination between guests and operational teams.
  • Act as a key communication link between guests, instructors, and operational staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards and procedures.
  • Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and retail performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and organizational excellence to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maximize sales performance.
