We are seeking an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The PRO will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation and liaising with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and renew visas, Iqamas, work permits, and other government-related documents for employees.
• Ensure company compliance with government regulations and keep up to date with new policies.
• Liaise with various government departments, including the Ministry of Labor, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, and other authorities.
• Prepare and submit reports, legal documents, and applications as required.
• Maintain records of all government transactions and ensure timely renewals.
• Handle company registrations, licensing, and legal documentation.
• Stay updated on government policies and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Saudi National (as per Saudization requirements).
• 3+ years of experience as a PRO or Government Relations Officer.
• Strong knowledge of visa processing, Iqama management, and Saudi labor laws.
• Experience working with Muqeem, GOSI, Qiwa, and Chamber of Commerce.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
