About the Job:
SEK International School is expanding! We are opening two new schools in Saudi Arabia by September 2025, located in the stunning Red Sea region—one in AMAALA and another in Turtle Bay.

Your Role:
As a Human Resources Officer and Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our organization and will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring staff responsibilities related to HR are properly registered and followed up.
  • Preparing weekly attendance and incident reports for the Director of Finance and Administration and the SLT.
  • Supporting payroll and professional development processes.
  • Assisting with staff recruitment.
  • Promoting HR best practices across the school.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Relevant experience in Administration and Human Resources.
  • Experience managing visa procedures for foreign talent.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Minimum C1 level of English.
