Responsibilities:As Health & Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing the “Construction, Fit Out and Ops” Health and Safety (H&S) programs while collaborating with all relevant stakeholders. Your main tasks will include:
- Implementing and managing the DataVolt H&S policy and program.
- Defining the missions of H&S third parties and supervising their execution.
- Acting as the primary contact for H&S matters and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Reporting to the Group H&S Manager on the program's implementation.
- Conducting risk analyses related to High-Risk Activities and integrating preventive measures.
- Participating in regulatory monitoring and ensuring compliance.
Experience & Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess:
- 8+ years of experience in an H&S role within a technical site, preferably in the data center industry.
- An engineering degree or equivalent (Bac +5).
- Knowledge of mandatory requirements and external recommendations regarding H&S.
- Experience in H&S audits and continuous improvement tools such as FMEA and ISO 45001.
