- Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the utilities or energy sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the power and water industries, including regulatory frameworks and technological advancements.
- Proficiency in English.

- Good connections in the KSA market including utility companies and government agencies.
