Join CPI Packaging as a Sales Manager!
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing short and long-term sales activities to promote our specialized products in Kraft paper bags. Your efforts will ensure timely delivery of quality goods and contribute to the financial stability of the company.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Formulation: Develop strategic objectives and KPIs for the Sales Department aligned with CPI's overall strategy.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Create and manage annual budgets for the sales department, monitoring expenditures against approved limits.
  • Policies & Processes: Establish and implement sales policies in line with CPI standards and laws.
  • Activities: Manage customer accounts, track competition, and participate in negotiations with major accounts.
  • People Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance appraisal of sales staff.
  • Reports: Prepare regular reports for the CEO on the activities of the Sales Department.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 810 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Behavioral Competencies: Strong communication, leadership, management, negotiation, creativity, strategic thinking, and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Education and Experience:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or 19 years of related work experience). Minimum 15 years of professional experience in project controls focusing on cost and project estimating.

Required Skills:
  • Experience in cost engineering functions including cost estimating and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and present cost engineering products with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
