The RoleAs an Assistant Human Resources Manager, your role is crucial in serving the needs of the business, our guests, and colleagues. You will support the Human Resources strategy and manage the operational requirements of the hotel effectively.
Key Areas of Responsibilities- Assist the HR Manager in developing the department’s annual budget.
- Enhance HR operational policies, oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee administration.
- Monitor HR operations related to local labor law and manage work permits and visas.
- Maintain employee records securely and confidentially.
- Establish and oversee local compensation and benefits policies.
- Disseminate key messages regarding business strategy and monitor employee grievances.
