About the Role

Caliberly® - Recruitment Agency is seeking experienced Driller Diamond / RC Drilling professionals to join mining and exploration drilling operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in the Taif Area and Eastern Province, specifically in Taif, and offers a salary of up to SAR 15,000 per month. The position is suited for hands-on drilling professionals with strong technical expertise and a commitment to safety and productivity in challenging field conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain diamond core or RC drilling rigs safely and efficiently.
• Execute drilling activities according to project specifications and target depths.
• Monitor drilling progress, ground conditions, penetration rates, and equipment performance.
• Ensure proper core recovery or RC sample collection, handling, labelling, and documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot drilling challenges, including stuck rods, water loss, and unstable formations.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate daily drilling logs, shift reports, and operational records.
• Coordinate with supervisors, field engineers, geologists, and drilling crew members.
• Comply with all site HSE policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in diamond drilling or reverse circulation (RC) drilling operations.
• Demonstrated operational experience and strong technical expertise in drilling.
• Ability to work in remote mining locations and adapt to rotational schedules.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
