About the Role

We are currently seeking a professional Sales Specialist with experience in sanitary tools, lighting, or electrical appliances to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers.
  • Identify and understand customer needs.
  • Present and explain products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Provide quotations and follow up on them.
  • Record customer orders and determine shipment and delivery methods.

Requirements
  • Experience in sales of sanitary tools, lighting, or building materials for at least two years.
  • A minimum educational qualification of high school diploma.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.

Job Summary

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while demonstrating time management and prioritize among them.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and resilience.
  • Customer focus, objective, and productivity-oriented.
  • Tools: SAP, Microsoft Office, Teams, Power BI and CRM.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, keeping an eye on details.
