Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive product information and address customer inquiries, offering personalized solutions.
  • Actively promote and sell products, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by employing effective techniques within the branch.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with promotional initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
