Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize payment documents, monitor revenue collection, and document financial transactions.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements.
• Prepare accounting entries and maintain financial records, including bank reconciliations.
• Monitor current and capital expenses based on monthly financial positions.
• Develop accounting methods and procedures in alignment with advancements in the field.
• Prepare specialized documents and reports related to expenses and revenues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management, or Human Resources.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, Certified Professional Manager (CAME-CPM), SOCPA Fellowship, Chartered Accountant (CA).

Skills:

• Proficient in accounting operations and financial auditing.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and financial data management.
• Strong responsibility and document management skills.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for preparing and organizing disbursement documents, following up on revenue collection, documenting and analyzing it. He must have the ability to prepare accounting entries and record financial transactions in the records, in addition to auditing bank accounts and preparing necessary reconciliations.
