El Seif Operation and Maintenance is seeking a dedicated Heating Air Conditioning Technician to join our team in Turaif, Northern Frontier, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for supporting the efficient operation and maintenance of critical HVAC systems within our building facilities.

Role Overview

This position is ideal for a technician with 0-1 years of practical, hands-on experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, HVAC maintenance, and MEP projects. The successful candidate will focus on the operational aspects of building facilities, rather than solely installation or construction work, ensuring all systems function optimally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems in building facilities.
• Regularly inspect HVAC systems and equipment, reporting all findings accurately.
• Troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical faults within HVAC systems.
• Work with various DX and chilled water systems, including split units, packaged units, ducted split systems, VRV/VRF, AHU, FCU, CAV/VAV, and other related HVAC equipment.
• Replace or repair HVAC controls and electronic components as needed.
• Install or repair refrigerant lines, chilled water lines, make-up lines, and drain lines.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls and resolve issues within specified timeframes.
• Identify necessary spare parts and support the process for spare parts requests.
• Support testing and commissioning activities when applicable.
• Maintain basic maintenance records, registers, and reports.

Workplace Standards and Collaboration

• Adhere to all site safety procedures, including PPE requirements, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), isolation protocols, risk assessments, and work permit procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers in planning and completing maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project Service Level Agreements (SLA) and established quality standards.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of practical experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or HVAC maintenance.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with HVAC systems in operational building facilities is required.
