The Role: People Advisor II Site Based

Worley is seeking a People Advisor II Site Based for a full-time position in Turaif, Northern Frontier. This role involves providing day-to-day HR support to employees and site management at the Waad Al Shamal Site, ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily HR support to employees and site management at the Waad Al Shamal Site.
  • Collaborate with site leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, and various HR matters.
  • Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and people-related initiatives.
  • Offer guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment requirements.
  • Coordinate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Mobilization, and other HR functions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting and people data analysis.
  • Support onboarding processes, employee movements, transfers, and other site-based HR activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, Saudi labor requirements, and site procedures.

Work Pattern

This is a rotational site-based role with a schedule of 8 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Fridays are designated as off days.
