Al Rushaid Group is seeking a Senior Drilling & Blasting Foreman to join our team. This full-time position is based in Turaif, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing drilling and blasting operations.

Role Overview

The Senior Drilling & Blasting Foreman will be responsible for the effective execution and supervision of all drilling and blasting activities. This role ensures operations are conducted safely and efficiently, adhering to established procedures and standards within the project scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily drilling and blasting operations on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of drilling and blasting teams.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper maintenance.
• Report on progress and address any operational challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School diploma is required.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in drilling and blasting.
• No driving license is required for this position.
