Role Overview

Parsons is seeking a Resident Supervision Manager to join its team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, specifically covering projects in Umluj and Tabuk. This full-time role involves leading a multidisciplinary team on an infrastructure project with a focus on MEP works and tunnel services fit-out. The position requires over 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 30 construction supervision professionals.
• Ensure the contractor under supervision achieves client objectives for safety and quality.
• Ensure Parsons meets its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Issue a daily diary to the FIDIC Engineer.
• Maintain contemporaneous records to support the FIDIC Engineer's administration of the construction contract.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading construction supervision teams.
• Background in infrastructure projects, particularly with MEP works and tunnel services fit-out.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia, with project involvement in Umluj and Tabuk. The role requires leadership of a multidisciplinary team within a dynamic project environment.
