Red Sea Global (RSG) is developing The Red Sea destination, with Red Sea Sport & Entertainment (RSSE) operating as a subsidiary responsible for delivering land and marine experiences. RSSE manages a portfolio including watersports through Galaxea, adventure experiences via Akun, and leisure activities by WAMA. Role Summary

The Senior Instructor – Watersports leads on-water instruction and supports the safe, professional delivery of watersports experiences across WAMA operations in Umluj, Tabuk. This full-time role involves supervising instructors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences consistent with RSSE and Red Sea Global values. The position also contributes to developing watersports capability in the Kingdom by supporting guest progression and promoting environmental awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise instructors across various watersports activities, including windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, SUP, kayaking, and foiling (Wing & E-Foil).
• Oversee daily on-water operations, ensuring safety, professionalism, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health & Safety (H&S) requirements.
• Deliver high-quality instruction and coaching to guests of varying skill levels.
• Act as a role model for safety, service excellence, and environmental responsibility.
• Monitor weather and sea conditions and support operational decision-making.
• Support team training, mentoring, and performance development.
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained according to established standards.
• Collect guest feedback and support service recovery as needed.
• Assist with operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply all safety, quality, and environmental management policies to ensure guest and employee safety, regulatory compliance, and responsible marine practices.
• Promote respect for the marine environment and sustainability principles in all activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience instructing across multiple watersports, with Middle East experience preferred.
• RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor or an equivalent qualification.
• Paddle Sports / SUP Instructor qualification.
• RYA Powerboat Level 2 (minimum).
• Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience delivering watersports programs for both youth and adult participants.
