About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Manager for a full-time position in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, specifically covering Umluj and Tabuk cities. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in luxury spa environments.

Role Purpose and Vision

The Spa Manager will be responsible for upholding the Six Senses vision of helping guests reconnect with themselves, others, and the world. This includes integrating the brand's values of local sensitivity, global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsibility, caring, fun, quirkiness, and pioneering wellness. A core focus will be safeguarding the pillars of sustainability, wellness, and out-of-the-ordinary experiences, ensuring full knowledge and active participation in all brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends and practices, continuously updating knowledge and skills to enhance product and service offerings.
• Focus on the continuous rejuvenation and improvement of the spa experience.
• Regularly assess spa treatments, exercise classes, and wellness facilities/equipment to ensure relevance and alignment with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• Maintain and exceed Six Senses guidelines and operational standards.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and address guest feedback effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in similar luxury spas and health clubs, supported by proven references. A hospitality diploma/degree is preferred.
• Broad knowledge of anatomy and physiology, massage therapy, and beauty therapy (NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO certification preferred).
• Understanding and specialization in various beauty products, aesthetic appliances, their specifications, and uses.
• Proficiency in using facial, nail, or other beauty technology required for spa treatments.
• Service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Ability to meet visa/work permit requirements.
• Possession of any certifications required by law (*, COVID vaccination).

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities covering Umluj and Tabuk. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
