Job Purpose: Maintain general and department-specific routine daily store activities, including processing postings, supplies receipt and distribution, carrying out inventories and inventory control activities, and possibly managing purchase and change orders.

Key Accountability Areas:

• Store Process: Receiving, handling & storage of materials, tools, assets & equipment.
• Inventory record updates.
• Coding for material.
• Recording & maintaining monthly reports on assets.
• Receipt vouchers.
• Housekeeping and safety measures for combustible material.

Material Management:

• Receiving material at the incoming bay of the store.
• Checking delivery notes, packing lists, transfer notes, etc.
• Material issue as per request.
• Daily update for temporarily issued material.

Role Accountability:

• HR Proficiency: Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.
• Delivery: Use tools and machinery efficiently within cost and time constraints.
• Problem-Solving: Assist in solving any related issues and escalate complex operational problems.
• Quality: Implement quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.
• Business Process: Execute tasks as per work routines and instructions.
• Compliance: Comply with related policies, procedures, and processes.

Academic Qualification: Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute.
Work Experience: Fresher - 0-2 years.
Technical / Functional Competencies: Well Organized, Communication, Teamwork, Details Oriented, Report writing.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role dedicated to managing Saudization initiatives and facilitating recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing HR policies and strategies across departments.
• Conducting training programs for employee development.
• Maintaining comprehensive employee records and documentation.
• Addressing employee concerns and grievances effectively.
• Coordinating Saudization reporting and compliance efforts with external entities.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong HR management skills in recruitment and employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudization initiatives and local labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in conducting training and developing HR policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in the oil, gas, and energy sector is an advantage.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.

Job Summary:
Develop, follow up, and maintain continuous good customer relationships within the division's administrative, financial, and procedural objectives, as set by divisional management. Identify customers in Saudi Arabia for Rental & Used Generator, HVAC & Solar, develop sales opportunities, influence decision makers, and ensure Altaaqa participation in all suitable projects.

Key Accountabilities:

• Visit all relevant consultants, ministries, contractors, end-users, and other prospective customers on a regular basis to identify potential business opportunities for the company.
• Assist Sales Representatives with customer requirements.
• Ensure ALTAAQA tracks and participates in all appropriate projects in line with targets agreed with the Sales Manager.
• Liaise with technical operation teams to ensure bids are evaluated/prepared and submitted on time in a competitive manner.
• Maintain Contact Lists, Prospect lists, generate weekly and monthly reports.
• Perform Sales and Marketing analyses on a monthly or quarterly basis and prepare sales strategy and plans.
• Support to installation teams during Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Utility Solutions.
• Organize corporate launch activities, including seminars and exhibitions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:
Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Administration / Vocational/technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical
Knowledge: Experience in Sales approaches, engineering principles.
Technical Skills: Good communication skills and Strong Analytical skills. Excellent in PowerPoint Presentations and Excel.
Language Skills: Fluency in English. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience: Min. 5 years' experience in industrial equipment sales.
