Join Kempinski Hotels as an Executive Chef!
In the heart of Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a dedicated Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary excellence. As part of our luxury hospitality brand, you will be responsible for the overall food production and stewardship operations, crafting memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain updated recipes and accurate costing for all dishes.
  • Develop new dishes and products, collaborating with the Food & Beverage Director/Manager.
  • Display excellent culinary skills and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Ensure all HACCP guidelines are achieved and maintained.
  • Support talent development initiatives within the kitchen team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in a kitchen management role, ideally within a 5* hotel chain.
  • A gastronomy education certificate or equivalent is required.
  • HACCP certification.
  • Fluency in both local language and English, with additional languages being beneficial.
