Task:

You will contact pre-defined wedding halls to collect their basic information and official photos, by preparing a detailed file ready for insertion into the sales department database.

This stage is not sales, and does not involve sales pitches or attempting to close a deal.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting a list of halls provided to you.

• Reaching the booking or marketing manager at the hall.

• Verifying the correctness of the phone number, WhatsApp number, and contact person's name.

• Collecting basic information via the company form: (Capacity, facilities, price range, and photos)

• Following up with halls that have not sent materials within the specified period.

• Updating the status of each hall after each contact or follow-up.

• Do not guess any information or use photos taken from the internet.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Arabic and clear, social phone communication.

• Ability to follow up without being annoying or pressuring.

• Ability to make regular daily calls and follow-ups.

• Enter a minimum of 3 halls daily to complete the job weekly.

Remuneration:

• 50 Riyals for each hall whose file is completed, passes quality review, and is ready for insertion.

• Incomplete files, duplicate files, or files containing unauthorized photos will not be counted.

• Payment will be made in weekly installments after a quality review of the submitted lists/halls.

Opportunity to move to the second stage:

Collaborators who complete 51 approved halls or more by August 31, 2026, will be nominated to join the sales stage.

In the second stage, the collaborator will receive 5% of the first subscription payment collected from each hall they close a deal with, whether they choose a monthly or annual plan.
