Role Overview: Active Directory & Entra ID Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Active Directory & Entra ID Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join its professional services team. This full-time role involves providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and operational expertise across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud identity environments. The SME will contribute to delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics to improve client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Active Directory and Entra ID design, deployment, migration, and modernization projects.
• Deliver hybrid identity solutions, tenant migrations, domain consolidations, and identity transformations.
• Implement Zero Trust principles, identity security, governance, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Conditional Access, and compliance best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication, replication, synchronization, and other identity-related issues.
• Advise customers on identity roadmaps, security enhancements, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical leadership, architecture, and operational support for identity solutions.
• Experience with on-premises, hybrid, and cloud identity infrastructures.
