Job Requirements:- Full familiarity with the Saudi Labor Law and its executive regulations and their application.
- Ability to manage and develop HR policies and procedures.
- Strong experience in attracting and recruiting medical and administrative talents and building strategies.
- High negotiation skills for job offers, contracts, and benefits.
- Management of employee affairs (contracts, salaries, vacations, attendance, performance evaluation).
- Experience in conflict resolution and managing professional relationships with professionalism.
- Ability to build a strong network of relationships in the health labor market.
- Dealing with relevant authorities (insurance, job platforms, official entities).
- Experience in preparing organizational structures, job descriptions, and internal regulations.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and programs.
- Leadership and decision-making skills.
- Organized personality and attention to detail in work and timings.
- Proficient in communication in Arabic and English.
