Advanced Field Service Engr

About the Role

As an Advanced Field Service Engineer at Honeywell Technologies in Saudi Arabia, you will provide advanced technical support and expertise to customers within the Process Automation (PA) business unit. This full-time role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring successful solution implementation, and driving customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Program Manager.

Role Contribution

In this position, you will contribute to the efficiency, productivity, and safety of customer operations through technical support and service. You will also play a part in developing and supporting employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and building a diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying successors, and driving retention and engagement across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project technical scopes and deliver project objectives.
• Serve as a technical focal point for LSS projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for PA solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Deliver direct value to priority customers to promote business success.
• Undertake extensive mobilization to customer locations as per project needs.
• Maintain project deliverables according to Honeywell processes and meet all quality and audit requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
